Club Weightlifting is for athletes who want to train and compete in weightlifting beyond the high school season.

Our focus is long-term technique development, national-level competition, and building strong, confident lifters year round.

This punchcard includes access to 4 practice times of your choosing, and expires 6 weeks after purchase.

We understand that not everyone can train with us full time, this punchcard allows athletes to keep their technique refined and see if club weightlifting is a good long-term fit.

*Training Program and 24/7 gym membership add-on available upon request.

Practice Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 3pm-4:15pm
  • Saturday: 10:30am-12pm
  • March 10th-Sept. 3rd
