Club Weightlifting is for athletes who want to train and compete in weightlifting beyond the high school season.
Our focus is long-term technique development, national-level competition, and building strong, confident lifters year round.
Practice Schedule:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 3pm-4:15pm
- Saturday: 10:30am-12pm
- March 10th-Sept. 3rd
